If your electrical panel explodes and you are not home does it still explode? But of course. It does. The good news is that in a properly installed and maintained electrical systems such explosions are contained in the metal, plastic or fiberglass enclosures where good electrical connections and devices live. The bad ones….. the ones hanging out in your attic and garage. Not Good! If you have “bad” connections and devices (wires sticking out and or no cover on the electrical box).
